Microsoft Clarity (clarity.microsoft.com) -- session recording and heatmaps. Only activated with consent.
Google Ads / Google Analytics (google.com) -- conversion tracking and ad performance measurement. Only activated with consent (region-based). Processes IP address and browsing behaviour. Google's privacy policy applies.
Slack (slack.com) -- internal notifications. Form submissions trigger a Slack message to our team. Only your email and first name are included in the notification.
Google Sheets (google.com) -- we store form submissions in a private Google Sheet as a waitlist database. Data is accessible only to LeanAI Studio srl.
Resend (resend.com) -- transactional email delivery. Used to send waitlist confirmation emails.
5. Data Retention
Waitlist data is retained for 12 months from submission, or until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained per each provider's standard retention policy.
